2. You notice you are more present and living more in your NOW

3. You begin to allow more abundance into your life.

4. Over all everything in life feels more balanced.

5. you noticed you are taking deep breaths, and practicing your circular breathing on auto pilot, and every thing in your life is flowing the way you intended.

These are signs that you are holding positive space for what you are manifesting. Awesome job Yo! If you noticed yourself going back the other direction though just get back up the next day and try harder
