You’re lost! You’re hurting, you cant make it stop!
Anxiety rips through you and you have no clue on earth what you can do to help yourself so you fall to your knees but your faith had been shaken if it was even ever there in the first place. You’re alone and no one is there to help you! Wrong!
Did you know? Your spirit guides are angels, and Great spirit is there with you. When you find yourself in this position feeling so alone, lost, scared, unsure of what to do next. Ask your guides.
There is a formality but honestly I don’t believe it matters either way. Just talk to your guides. As if they were right there with you. Ask your guides what to do.
The answer will come. You answer may come in a dream, through intuition, an idea. Our spirit guides communicate with us all the time. You need to become more in tune with yourself.
The dark night of our souls doesn’t just come once or twice, it comes many times through out our lives. Each time as we inhale the darkness, the darkness purges us and helps us to grow spiritually and emotionally as we exhale the darkness.

Personally I have went through three truly dark times just this year alone. Each time I morph and re-emerge a better human being than I was previously. Dark night of the soul truly changes you at your core. Its the place you learn to survive, not just exist within yourself.

I believe Dark night of the soul happens to keep us in line with where were are supposed to be spiritually, like if we are not doing the things we were born to do then the Universe steps in and throws us for a loop.
There is nothing you can really do to stop Dark night of the soul from happening but you can ease your symptoms by doing light yoga, going for a walk, rest. How you experience dark night of the soul is unique as you are. No two people have the same exact experience but we can help each other ease and move through it all more easily.
