How do you feel about who you are?  Do you know why you feel as you do?  Self esteem is taught.  We are taught how to view ourselves by the way others treat us when we are young.  By the way we see our parents and other impressionable adults in our lives treat themselves.

How do you evaluate yourself?  When you have low self esteem you have a poor evaluation of yourself.  It’s very true that we always remember how people made or make us feel but we do not always remember the incident, circumstance, or situation that caused it in the first place.

As humans we attach ourselves emotionally to things, people, and places.  It’s part of our nomadic DNA we become nostalgic about things we attach ourselves to.

We have to teach ourselves to detach from things that are not good for us.  Including bad habits.  Things that hold us back are the crutches which are actually excuses not to change negative behaviors.woman-695408_1920-199x300 Self Esteem (How do you feel about who you are?)

As humans we are not on most levels aware that we even hold our self in such low regard.  See why getting yourself some awareness is so important with out awareness you cant access your true value.

We all do it your not alone or the only one.  Big hugs I hope that makes you feel better now how do we fix it?  You give yourself some boundaries, get Bare Bones Truth Awakening honest with yourself, make some positive changes if your not happy with your current self.
